Prescription Renewals

FHO On-Call Physician via Telehealth Nurse
Dial 1-866-553-7205 on weekdays after 5:00 PM, or 24 hours on weekends and holidays. A licensed telehealth nurse triages your concern and connects you directly to our on-call FHO physician when medically necessary.

One main concern per visit
A standard visit is focused on one main concern so it can be examined and documented well. If you have several concerns, tell us when you book and we will schedule a longer appointment.
Bring your health card
Please bring a valid, unexpired Ontario health card (OHIP) to every visit. If it is expired, standard fees apply at the time of service and can be reimbursed once your renewal is confirmed.
